You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.

• Villa Checkin Time is 1 pm and the Checkout time is strictly 11am.
• We will clean the villa for every stay and provide as neat as possible.
• Smoking or drinking inside the rooms are not allowed.
• Private beach access is open from 5 AM to 10PM
• Common Pool access is open from 10 AM to 8PM and 2 hours of pool access will be provided in the weekdays and 1 to 2 hours pool access will be provided in the weekends.
• Breakfast or Food is not included in the stay and either you need to book online via food delivery app like swiggy or you could directly book from the nearby restaurant. For your convenience we have a restaurant menu and the contact details in our kitchen table.
• Any one government ID proof need to be submitted to the host before arrival. ID proof and payment proof need to be shown to the villa person to receive the key.
• This is an individual villa within a community name Barefootbay. So you have to self checkin with the key and at the time of checkout you need to leave the key by the door so that the housekeeping person will clean the rooms for the new guest who checkin.
• We will provide Toiletries like Soap, Shampoo, Toothpaste and Towel.
• Pets are strictly not allowed inside the villa.
• We have a private car parking for our guest at free of cost.
