Rules & Regulations for Guest Staying at Coral Drive Villas- Bay Breeze

Check-in and check-out timings
The timings have been carefully worked out to provide clean and hygienic stays. Check-in is after 2 pm and Checkout is by 11 am so that we can clean the property including bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms, change the linen, etc. and be ready to welcome our next guests by 2 pm.
Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and will be chargeable by the management.
Security Deposit
The Security deposit is fully refundable one day after checkout and is taken to ensure timely check-in & check-out, not more than agreed number of guests and careful use of the property.
Picture IDs
We need picture IDs with address proof of all guests staying at the villa: either passports or Aadhar cards by WhatsApp before check-in.
KEEP CLEAN.
The Villa is a clean, comfortable, self-help accommodation. You can cook your own meals. The management does not tolerate villas that are left in a bad condition caused by drunkenness (vomiting, urinating / defecation, damaging, littering the villa with rubbish everywhere).

Kindly shut off all air-conditioners and hot water geysers when not in use to help stop global warming.
